Description

This building, located to the south-west of White Cross Garage on Barrow Road, is a former lodge dating from the early 19th century. It is two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick, topped with a Welsh slate roof that is set behind a parapet. The structure features brick pilasters at either end, a cornice, and a band. There is a brick stack present. The building has one window with hung sashes that include glazing bars, and another window that has modern glazing.
