Description

The cross, dating from the medieval period, is located approximately 14 metres south of the Manor House on the west side of Church Lane in Bradley. It is constructed of ashlar and features a stump of a chamfered shaft with broach-stops, resting on a square base. The overall height of the cross is approximately one metre. It stands near the line of a former road leading to the church and may have originally served as a wayside cross, although it is not necessarily in its original position.
