Description

The K6 telephone kiosk, located at the staff entrance to the Head Post Office on Alfred Gelder Street in Kingston upon Hull, dates from around 1930. This cast-iron structure was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and produced by various contractors. It features a square shape with a shallow domed roof and illuminated panels on each side, along with margin glazing on the windows and door.
