Description

FLETCHER GATE 1. 5266 (South Side) No 3 (The Cottage) and range of outhouses to east TA 1828 NE 1/6 TA 1928 NW 2/6 TA 1928 6/6 II 2. Mid C19. Brown brick. Pitched pantile roof. Coped gables. Two storeys. Band. Three ranges of cased sashes with marginal glazing bars. Door with 6 fielded panels and oblong fanlight with glazing bars. Lower 2-storey extension to east, with one (blocked) wood mullioned window on ground floor, and one blind panel on 1st floor. Range of 2-storey outhouses to east, with pitched and sprocketed pantile roof and coped gable: one door with 6 panels, 4 of them fielded. Garden front has Gothick window tracery.
