Description

The Beeches is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of grey brick with red gauged brick dressings and has a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The central entrance features a four-panel door with an overlight that has intersecting glazing bars, flanked by two-pane sash windows with sills, all set under cambered gauged brick arches. On the first floor, there are three similar sash windows. The house is topped with a dentilled brick eaves cornice and has end stacks, with tumbled-in brick at the raised gables.
