Description

Nos 60 to 66 Lairgate are a group of bedes houses built around 1840. They are one storey high with attics, constructed from red brick and topped with a pantile roof. The roof features four gabled dormers that have slightly cusped bargeboards. There are four chimney stacks, each with brick neckings and caps. The houses have four framed and boarded doors, along with four 2-light sliding casement windows. Both the doors and windows are topped with depressed pointed relieving arches. A brick string forms a frieze, and there is a cogged brick cornice along with iron spouting.
