Description

The cross-base and shaft fragment, located approximately 11 metres south of the south porch of the Church of Saint Margaret, is likely from the late medieval period. It consists of a cubical sandstone block that features the lower stone of a chamfered cross shaft. The upper surface of the block has been incised for use as a sundial.
