Description

Probably dating to the late 18th century, this is a two-storey brick cottage farmhouse. It has a pantile roof with tumbled brickwork to the gable ends and three sloped dormers. A brick eaves cornice, partially formed as dentils, runs along the top of the walls. There are six windows, arranged across three bays. The farmhouse has two brick stacks, and the ground floor has five windows alongside a smaller window. Two plain doors are situated beneath rectangular fanlights. The cottage farmhouse forms a group with a nearby cottage at the corner of Main Street.
