Description

Lund House is a late 18th-century house with significant remodelling and extensions from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick in an English garden wall bond, with a graduated stone slate roof. The main block is two storeys high and three bays wide. The central entrance features a six-panel door with a fanlight incorporating radial glazing, set within a pilastered doorcase with a projecting hood supported by fluted brackets. To the right and left of the door are 19th-century canted bays containing sash windows with glazing bars. The first floor has three sash windows with glazing bars, each beneath a cambered wedge lintel. The roof is hipped, with end chimneys.
