Description
The Old Hall is a house, now divided into three cottages, with origins possibly dating back to the 17th century or earlier, and significantly remodelled in the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed oolitic limestone rubble with red brick facing, and has a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys and attics, originally with three bays. A plinth is visible. The ground floor has 20th-century boarded doors set within recessed porches to the left of the first and second bays. There are three sliding sash windows with glazing bars on the ground floor. The first floor features sliding sash windows with glazing bars to the right and left, and a 20th-century oriel window in the centre. A central roof dormer is present. Axial stacks are visible, with tumbled-in brick to raised gables.
