Description
The boathouse adjacent to the Lakeside Inn is a likely early 20th-century structure that has been altered. It is built of brick and features a flat asphalt roof with cast-iron balustrading. The boathouse is a single-storey rectangular building positioned at right angles to the Promenade. The roof serves as a viewing deck, accessible via a ramp from the road. It is located next to the Lakeside Inn, which is situated at the north angle between the boathouse and the Promenade. The interior has not been inspected. This boathouse forms a group with the café located approximately 20 meters to the southwest.
