Description
Sunnyfield Farmhouse is a house located on Ince Blundell Moor Lane, dating from before 1769, as indicated by an estate map. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. It has two storeys and three main bays, with a lower fourth bay. The top cornice adds to its architectural detail. The windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and includes a complete fanlight above a six-panel door. One end bay also has a round-headed entrance and small shuttered windows. The house is equipped with two gable-end stacks and one stack at the rear.
