Description
Saint Austin's Presbytery is a house built around 1838, located next to the east end of St. Austin's Church. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features three bays, with the end bays having two-storey projecting windows. There is a top dripmould, and the windows on the first and second floors have label moulds. Most windows, except for the central casement on the top floor and the rectangular oriel on the first floor of the third bay, are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance has a coved surround with roll moulding, an architrave frieze, and a dripmould, leading to a four-panel door with a complete overlight.
