Description

Nos. 2-14 Queen Avenue is an office building dating from the 1880s. It is constructed of white brick with sandstone dressings and has three storeys plus an attic, featuring eight bays. The ground floor has been mostly altered, but the bays are separated by pilasters. Each bay above the ground floor has a tall canted oriel window with leaded lights and decorative pargeting. The second floor features tripartite windows in the fourth to seventh bays, which are sashed without glazing bars, while the first three bays have paired windows.
