Description

The Allerton Tower Orangery, built in 1847 by H.L. Elmes, is an orangery featuring a 14-bay Tuscan colonnade that was originally open but has since been glazed. At each end of the structure are pavilions, with the right pavilion showcasing Tuscan porches on the north and east sides. Inside the pavilions, there are niches that have shell-moulded heads.
