Description
Nos 45 to 51 on Greenland Street are late 19th-century warehouses built of red brick with blue brick dressings. The building has seven storeys and consists of 14 bays. The recessed loading bays feature blue segmental heads, while those on the sixth floor have round heads. Most entrances are round-headed. The building has a plain parapet, with pilaster strips and a corbelled parapet on the returns. The facade is similar to that on Parliament Street, although the second bays on Jamaica Street have been rebuilt.
