Description

Oak Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse with later additions. It is constructed of stone with a stone slate and slate roof, and features a brick stack. The farmhouse is two storeys high, with four bays; the first two bays are recessed and have a cat-slide roof, while the third bay has a gable. Most of the windows are sliding sash and casement windows. The third bay contains a five-light mullioned window, with a transom on the first floor, and label moulds. The return to the third bay has a first-floor sliding sash window with two blocked mullioned lights to the left. The entrance to the end bay has a four-panel door, and there are two entrances to the first two bays. The rear facade is similar in appearance.
