Description
This is a range of terraced buildings located on the east side of Mount Street, dating from 1836 to 1841. They were built under the supervision, and likely to the design, of Decimus Burton, as evidenced by his plan of 1841. The buildings are constructed primarily of red brick, with some rendered areas. They are topped with a pitched slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and feature a band across the facade. Each building has a range of sash windows. Numbers 72 and 74 have gabled fronts, forming the central feature of the overall composition.
