Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on Summerwood Lane. It’s constructed of brick laid in a Flemish bond pattern and has a slate roof. The house follows a double-depth plan and presents a symmetrical facade of two storeys and three bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within stone sills and lintels. The front door is a six-panel door recessed within a stone doorcase, which incorporates a fanlight and an open pediment. Chimneys are situated on the gable walls, positioned in front of the ridge. The building has group value.
