Description

The building is a farmhouse dating to 1677, with alterations in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed with scored render on a stone base, and has a concrete tile roof. The design is of a baffle-entry plan. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has two bays to the right of a two-storey gabled porch. Windows are 20th-century casements, set in plain reveals and with stone sills and lintels. The left-hand bay on the ground floor has paired windows. A plaque inscribed 'HAD RBF 1677' is located below the first-floor window of the porch. The outer doorway has rendered reveals and a segmental head with a keystone carved with a vase. The inner doorway’s wooden frame has an ovolo-moulded design with run-out stops. There are gable chimneys; the one on the right is behind the ridge, and the one on the left has a projecting stack.
