Description

A pair of houses dating from approximately 1800, situated in Bolton-by-Bowland. They are constructed from sandstone rubble, with a stone slate roof. The houses are two storeys high and feature three bays. The windows are two-light designs with simple stone surrounds, square mullions, and glazing bars. Doors are set within plain stone surrounds, located between the first and second bays and to the left of the left-hand bay. The left-hand bay’s first-floor window is positioned to the left of the ground-floor window. A further door is present at the far left, with plain reveals. Chimneys are positioned to the right of the first bay, between the second and third bays, and on the right-hand gable.
