Description

The Grove is a house from the early to mid-19th century, featuring scored render and a slate roof. It has two storeys and three bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds. The front door, located between the first and second bays, is framed by a reeded timber doorcase with a cornice. There are chimneys on the gables and between the second and third bays. Inside, there is a parallel wing at the rear that includes a staircase with stick balusters and a swept mahogany handrail.
