Description

The Offices of Lindley Pate, originally built as a house in 1674, is now used as offices. It features slobbered rubble construction with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are double-chamfered with mullions. To the right of the door, there are windows with four and three lights, while to the left, there is a single chamfered light. On the first floor, there are also windows with four and three lights, with a single chamfered light in between. The door has a chamfered surround and a lintel inscribed with 'RA AA TA 1674 IR'. There are chimneys at both ends of the building.
