Description

The Huntsman's House is a house, possibly dating from around 1800, with remains from the 17th century. It is constructed of slobbered rubble and has a stone slate roof. The building has a double-pile plan with end chimneys and stands two storeys tall. Each house is one bay wide, featuring windows with double-chamfered surrounds. The ground floor windows have been enlarged, while the first-floor windows have flat lintels. The paired doors have chamfered surrounds, with the right-hand door featuring a lintel inscribed 'CED 1678'. This house is listed for its group value only.
