Description

Gisburn Bridge is an 18th-century bridge constructed of sandstone ashlar. It features two segmental arches with triangular cutwaters, along with a third floodwater arch at the southern end. The solid parapets include a string course and weathered coping. Curved retaining walls are present at the approaches. Part of this bridge extends into the civil parish of Paythorne.
