Description
Eaves House Cottage and the adjoining barn to the east were built in the late 18th century. The cottage is constructed from sandstone rubble and features a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and two bays, with windows consisting of three lights, plain stone surrounds, and square mullions. There is a door on the left, which is set under a modern stone porch and has a plain stone surround. A chimney is positioned between the two bays. The barn to the right has a wide entrance with a segmental head and is wider at the right-hand end, where there is a door with plain reveals. Inside the cottage, the left-hand room contains a shouldered stone fireplace.
