Description

This is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble with sandstone dressings and a slate roof. The design features rebated and chamfered windows with mullions and hood moulds. The west-facing wall has two bays: the left-hand bay is gabled and contains a four-light window on the ground floor and a three-light window on the first floor. The right-hand bay has a three-light window on the ground floor, with a single-light, plain chamfered window to its right. A chimney is located between the two bays. The north-facing gable wall has a gabled porch with a two-light window on each floor. The roof projects at the gables with shaped purlin ends. The building demonstrates group value.
