Description
Borwicks and the barn adjoining to the south are a house and barn from the early 19th century. They are constructed of sandstone rubble and feature a modern tile roof that imitates stone slates. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a straight joint indicating that the left-hand bay has been added later. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds. There is a door located between the second and third bays, which also has a plain stone surround. Above this door is a date plaque, although it is now illegible. There are chimneys situated between the first and second bays and at the right end of the building. To the right of the house is a barn, which is likely of the same construction period and is now partly used as a garage. This barn features a wide entrance with a segmental arch and a door on the right side that has a plain stone surround.
