Description
Church Grove House is an early 19th-century house located in Ribby with Wrea. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a pyramidal slate roof with tall side-wall chimneys. The house has a square four-room plan and is two storeys high, presenting a symmetrical facade. The entrance includes a panelled door with a segmental fanlight, framed by a Tuscan doorcase with a cornice. There are two 16-pane sashed windows on each floor, along with a blind window situated above the door. A stone sill band runs along the first floor, topped by a moulded cornice. The return walls are similar in style. The interior has not been inspected.
