Description
The band stand in Denton Victoria Park dates from the late 19th century. It features a cast-iron structure set on a brick plinth. The roof is octagonal and is supported at each corner by fluted columns. The band stand includes cast-iron railings and wrought-iron scrolled brackets, along with decorative eaves enrichment and a weather-vane. There is a decorative gutter band, and the swept roof is currently covered in felt.
