Description

No. 8 Fairfield Square is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in a header bond pattern and features a slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan with three bays and stands two storeys high. The symmetrical front has a central four-panel door framed by an architrave and topped with a three-pane over-light. There are two four-pane sash windows on the ground floor and three on the first floor, all with stone sills and cambered brick arches on the ground floor. The house also has brick chimney stacks.
