Description
The former Griffin Farmhouse is a late 18th-century brick farmhouse, rendered at the front, with a 20th-century tile roof. It is a three-bay central-staircase plan building of two storeys plus attics, with a small lean-to to the left and rear. The central bay is slightly advanced and features a recessed porch with a round arch, a keystone, and impost blocks. The facade has two ground-floor and three first-floor windows, each with stone sills and keystones. The windows are mostly 20-pane sashes, with one being a 12-pane sash. Large gable stacks are present, along with gable attic lights.
