Description

House built around 1860, constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. It has two storeys and a three-window range, featuring a central door set within a recessed Tuscan architrave that has a shallow segmental arch. On either side of the door are painted stone canted bay windows, which are decorated with scrolled low relief designs on the parapet. Above the bays, there are segmentally-arched two-pane sash windows, framed in curved moulded architraves, with stone sills supported by brackets. The building also has a moulded timber eaves cornice. The chimney stacks have been removed.
