No. 74 on King Street in Manchester is a Grade II listed office building dating from around 1900, designed in the Flemish Renaissance style. It occupies a corner site and features four storeys plus an attic, with a four-window range that includes a prominent corner bay. The building has sash and casement windows that are linked between storeys, with dividing columns at the first floor and columns with blind arcading above. The attic is adorned with large Flemish gables. A two-storey oriel bay at the corner is supported by decorative panels and corbels. The ground floor includes a corner entrance, with windows separated by small attached columns, and an additional doorway to the left that features an elaborate doorcase, overlight, and curved pediment.
