Description

This is a brick-built terrace of houses dated around 1860, located on Bewsey Road. It comprises numbers 10 to 16 (even), and is arranged symmetrically over two storeys, with the end houses projecting slightly. Each house features a four-panelled door and a round-headed fanlight, along with panelled pilasters; three of these fanlights retain their original glazing bars. The ground floor of each house has a single 12-paned sash window. Above, there are two sash windows per house, except at numbers 12 and 14, which share an additional sash window in the centre. This central sash window is distinguished by an ornamental cornice and carved panels bearing the name "Bewsey Place."
