Description
No. 7 Queens Place is a town house, likely once combined with a workshop, dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed from Flemish bond brown brick, featuring some pale headers, and has a grey slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. It has a painted stone plinth and a six-panel door set within an eared architrave, complete with panelled jambs and soffit. To the left of the doorway, there is a blocked round-arched opening, while to the right is a recessed 12-pane sash window. On the first floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows, which have painted stone sills, wedge lintels, and flush eaves. A ridge chimney is located on the right side of the building. The rear of the property is rendered, and the windows there have been renewed. The interior has not been inspected.
