Description
Kidnall Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage, though it stands on an earlier timber frame and has undergone later alterations. The building is predominantly brick-faced, with one gable end retaining timber framing and brick nogging. The roof is slate, with a tile ridge. The cottage has renewed brick gable end stacks. It is two storeys high and has two windows to the front, featuring a double and treble dentillated band. Later upper storey windows cut through the front band. It has 2- and 3-light timber casement windows with tile sills. The interior contains no features of particular interest.
