Description
Holly Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse that stands two stories tall and features three windows. The building is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond with cream headers on the front. It has a flush sandstone plinth and a grey slate gabled roof with plain eaves and verges. There are two later brick chimneys. The front has 12-pane sash windows that sit under well-crafted brick segmental arched heads. The entrance includes a six-panel front door, with the top panels being glazed, and it is sheltered by a later gabled hood. The interior has not been inspected.
