Description

The churchyard sundial, dating from the 18th century, is located west of the Church of St Mary and St Helen in Neston. It is made of red sandstone and features a vase-baluster design on a square base. The base is inscribed with the names "Charles Hancock, Joseph Sparks, Churchwardens 1777." The sundial's moulded cap is currently detached from the pedestal and has lost its bronze dial and gnomon.
