Description
The gates and gatepiers to the churchyard of St. Andrew date from the late 18th century and are made of buff sandstone. The square piers feature chamfered rustication and stand on a moulded plinth. The capstones are stepped and weathered, adorned with large goblet-shaped urns that have fluted bottoms, medallions, and fluted rims. Between the piers, there is a pair of wrought iron gates with plain bars and dogbars, and the horizontal framing includes ramps.
