Description
Oulton Smithy is a house and smithy located in Little Budworth, built in a colour-washed English garden wall bond style with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and an L-shaped plan. The entrance front features two bays, with a central doorway flanked by 3-light cambered headed casement windows on the ground floor and 3-light casement windows on the first floor. There is a decorated band below the eaves with projecting headers, and two gable chimney stacks. To the left of the rear, there is a projecting single-storey wing.
