Description
Well House Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed of red Flemish bond brick and topped with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high. The entrance front features a stone plinth and vitrified headers. The building is three bays wide, with a door located to the left of centre, which is sheltered by a gabled 19th-century porch. On either side of the door and on the first floor, there are three-light 20th-century casement windows. A decorative band runs between the floors, consisting of rows of raised headers with a sunken row in between.
