Description
Manor Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse constructed with a timber frame, featuring brick and rendered brick infill, and topped with a slate roof. The southwest front has a stone plinth supporting eight by four cells of small framing, with arch braces at the corners and center. There is an oriel-light casement window on the ground floor and two 2-light casements on the first floor. The southeast front is built of 18th-century English garden wall bond brick, showcasing a cambered-head 3-light casement on the ground floor and a similar window on the first floor, with a tie beam serving as the lintel. Above, there is an exposed truss featuring queen posts and a collar. The northeast front consists of three by four cells of small framing, with 18th-century brick infill on the left and an arch brace at the top left. To the right, there is a 19th-century two-storey attached outhouse. The northwest front is rendered and has a corrugated iron outshut projecting to the right.
