Description
Nos 16, 18, and 20 on Rood Hill are buildings dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with some later alterations. They are constructed of red brick, painted brick, and modern roughcast. The buildings rise three storeys high. The windows have generally been altered, but No 20 features two sash windows, while both No 20 and No 16 retain four wide windows that were originally used for weaving garrets, fitted with horizontal sliding sashes. The eaves are plain, and the roofs are tiled. No 18 has undergone significant alterations.
