Description

The Cheshire Hunt is a house dating to around 1760, built for the Master of the Cheshire Hunt. It is constructed with brown English garden wall bond brickwork and has a slate roof. The three-storey building has a symmetrical three-bay road frontage, with the central bay slightly projecting. A porch with a semi-circular arch is centrally placed. Horned four-pane sash windows are present on each floor, with recessed sash boxes. The ground floor windows have flat-arched heads, while those on the first floor have reduced-height flat-arch heads, and the second floor windows have stone lintels. Stone sills are present throughout.
