Description
Weaver House is a late 18th-century, three-storey house built of red brick. It features three sash windows with brick arches, and a central window in a moulded wood architrave, all without glazing bars. The ground storey has a triple window in a wood surround with a fluted frieze. The entrance is marked by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase, which includes a plain semi-circular fanlight, a pediment, and a six-panelled door with the top pair glazed. There is a square-headed double entablature with a fluted lintel above a covered way on the right side of the house. The building has gabled ends and is roofed with slates. Weaver House is part of a group that includes Nos 20, 33 to 47 (odd), and Nos 55 and 57.
