Description

Nos 84 and 86 on Welsh Row are early 19th-century buildings constructed of painted brick, which reveal an earlier timber frame on the inside. The buildings are two storeys high and feature two multi-paned casement windows. They have a 19th-century doorcase with a restored pediment hood supported by brackets, and the eaves are adorned with moulded stucco. The roofs are covered with old slates. The shop fronts date from the 19th century and include side pilasters and moulded cornices. These properties are part of a group that includes Nos 42 to 64 (even), 64A, 64B, and Nos 66 to 92 (even).
