Description

This is an early 19th century building with a timber frame, originally concealed by a red brick facade, although the timber frame is now visible at the rear. It is a two-storey building with three casement windows on the ground floor, which have cambered leaded roofs and no glazing bars. The upper floor windows are similar. A simple doorway is topped by a semi-circular fanlight and a modern gabled hood. Plain eaves and tiled roofing complete the exterior. The kitchen reveals exposed timber framing. The building is included in the listing due to its group value, forming part of a grouping with numbers 83, 89, 91, 97 to 101 (odd), the stables behind number 89, the Methodist Chapel, and numbers 103 to 109 (odd).
