This early 19th-century building is located on the south side of High Street. It is constructed of engraved stucco and has two storeys. The front features one sash window with single glazing bars. The ground floor projects, incorporating a later 19th-century shop front with modern glazing and a modern doorway on the left-hand side. The roof is covered in slates and tiles. The building is listed for its group value.
