Description

11 The Dingle is a cottage dating from 1649, as indicated on a beam inside. It features a timber frame with plastered brick nogging and brickwork, topped with an asbestos cement sheet roof. The building is single storey with an attic and has three window bays. There is an added timber-framed porch that has a lean-to roof and a fully glazed door. The facade and part of the gables display timber framing. The windows have been altered, with the upper storey featuring two-light casements set in gabled dormers.
